Stephen Burgess began his Fun Spot America career in 2012 as a Ride Attendant. Through dedication and hands-on experience, he advanced through several leadership roles, including Rides Lead, Admissions Manager, and Manager on Duty. Today, Stephen works alongside CEO John Arie Jr. and serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors, supporting executive initiatives, corporate administration, risk management, and special projects. Often called “the glue” of the company, Stephen helps connect departments and keep priorities moving behind the scenes. More than a decade after operating his first ride, Stephen remains proud that his first job became his career, and prouder still to help move Fun Spot America forward while staying true to the Safe, Clean, Fun values that started it all.
